Note:- 1. If any Distributor will not fill all these information the pay card will not be issue.(card activation period min. 10 to 15 days)

            2. Your Address & ID proof and one passport size photo is also compulsory with application form of Kadambari Corporate Services Pvt Ltd

For Binary Income 2 Direct Sponsor is compulsory.
